This policy clearly and truthfully discloses what data the OriginVN application collects, the purposes for processing, device permissions requested, and the account deletion process in compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements.
1 Giới thiệu & Phạm vi áp dụng Introduction & Scope
Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này mô tả cách Dự án Nền tảng OriginVN ("OriginVN", "chúng tôi") thu thập, lưu trữ, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin khi người dùng cài đặt, truy cập và sử dụng ứng dụng di động OriginVN trên hệ điều hành Android và iOS.
OriginVN là nền tảng quản lý sản xuất nông nghiệp, nhật ký canh tác số và hỗ trợ truy xuất nguồn gốc nông sản theo tiêu chuẩn VietGAP. Ứng dụng phục vụ các đối tượng chính: Nông dân / Xã viên hợp tác xã, Kỹ sư nông nghiệp / Cán bộ kiểm định VietGAP, và Ban quản lý Hợp tác xã.
This Privacy Policy explains how the OriginVN Platform Project ("OriginVN", "we", "us") collects, stores, uses, and safeguards information when users install, access, and use the OriginVN mobile application on Android and iOS devices.
OriginVN is a digital agricultural management platform for farming logs and agricultural traceability complying with VietGAP standards. The application primarily serves Farmers / Cooperative Members, Agricultural Engineers / VietGAP Inspectors, and Cooperative Management.
2 Dữ liệu cá nhân được thu thập Personal Information Collected
Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập những dữ liệu cần thiết phục vụ trực tiếp cho hoạt động quản lý mùa vụ và truy xuất nông sản:
- Thông tin tài khoản: Số điện thoại (dùng làm tên định danh đăng nhập), Họ và tên người dùng, Mã PIN bí mật (được mã hóa một chiều an toàn, hệ thống không lưu mật khẩu dạng văn bản thuần).
- Thông tin nông hộ / Cơ sở sản xuất: Tên hợp tác xã, tổ đội sản xuất, định danh thửa đất, loại cây trồng mùa vụ.
- Nhật ký canh tác & Hình ảnh minh chứng: Nội dung công việc đồng ruộng (bón phân, tưới tiêu, phun phòng trừ sâu bệnh, thu hoạch), ngày thực hiện, kèm ảnh chụp thực tế tại ruộng do người dùng cung cấp.
We collect only the data strictly necessary for farming management and agricultural traceability:
- Account Credentials: Phone number (used as unique login username), Full name, and Secret PIN (safely hashed one-way; we never store plain-text passwords).
- Farm / Production Facility Information: Cooperative name, production team, field/plot identifier, crop types and farming seasons.
- Farming Logs & Evidence Photos: Farming activity records (fertilization, irrigation, pest control, harvesting), execution dates, and field photos taken or selected by the user.
3 Quyền truy cập thiết bị (Device Permissions) Device Permissions
Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quyền thiết bị khi người dùng chủ động kích hoạt tính năng tương ứng:
Dùng để chụp ảnh thực tế tại ruộng làm bằng chứng cho nhật ký canh tác (chăm sóc cây trồng, phun thuốc, thu hoạch). Ứng dụng di động không chứa mã nguồn quét mã QR trong bộ nhị phân.
Cho phép người dùng chọn hình ảnh có sẵn trong máy để đính kèm vào nhật ký hoạt động đồng ruộng khi không chụp trực tiếp.
Chỉ thu thập tọa độ GPS khi người dùng đang mở ứng dụng và ấn lưu bản ghi canh tác (Foreground Location) nhằm xác nhận vị trí thửa ruộng. Ứng dụng KHÔNG theo dõi vị trí nền (No Background Location) và KHÔNG in watermark GPS lên tệp ảnh.
The app requests device permissions only when the user actively triggers corresponding actions:
Used strictly to capture field photos as evidence for farming logs (fertilizing, pest control, harvesting). The app binary does not contain a QR scanner.
Allows users to select existing photos from device gallery to attach to farming logs when photos are not taken directly in the field.
Collected strictly while the app is active in the foreground when submitting a farming log entry to verify farm plot coordinates. We DO NOT track location in the background and DO NOT embed GPS watermarks onto image files.
4 Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu Purposes of Data Processing
Dữ liệu được xử lý nhằm các mục đích chính đáng sau:
- Xác thực phiên đăng nhập bằng Số điện thoại + Mã PIN bí mật.
- Tạo lập chuỗi nhật ký canh tác số theo tiêu chuẩn quy trình VietGAP.
- Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư nông nghiệp kiểm tra, phê duyệt bản ghi mùa vụ và cấp mã định danh lô hàng (OVN code).
- Phục vụ cổng tra cứu công khai thông tin nguồn gốc nông sản cho người tiêu dùng cuối và đơn vị thu mua.
Data is processed for the following legitimate purposes:
- Authenticating user sessions via Phone Number + Secret PIN.
- Establishing digital farming log chains adhering to VietGAP standards.
- Enabling Agricultural Engineers to inspect and approve seasonal records and assign batch identification (OVN code).
- Powering the public consumer traceability portal for end buyers and consumers.
5 Lưu trữ & Bảo mật thông tin Data Storage & Security
OriginVN áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức tiêu chuẩn nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi truy cập trái phép, sửa đổi hoặc mất mát:
- Mọi dữ liệu truyền tải giữa thiết bị di động và máy chủ đều được mã hóa bằng giao thức HTTPS/TLS tiêu chuẩn.
- Mã PIN tài khoản được băm một chiều bằng thuật toán mật mã công nghiệp trước khi lưu trữ.
- Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên hạ tầng máy chủ đám mây có phân quyền truy cập nghiêm ngặt và sao lưu định kỳ.
OriginVN implements industry-standard technical and operational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure:
- All communications between mobile clients and our backend servers are encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS.
- Account PINs are cryptographically hashed one-way before storage.
- Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls and regular automated backups.
6 Chia sẻ thông tin với bên thứ ba Third-Party Data Sharing
Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán, cho thuê hay thương mại hóa dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng.
Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ trong các trường hợp giới hạn:
- Nội bộ Hợp tác xã: Giữa Xã viên và Kỹ sư nông nghiệp / Ban quản trị Hợp tác xã quản lý trực tiếp vùng trồng.
- Cổng tra cứu công khai: Thông tin truy xuất nguồn gốc nông sản (loại nông sản, hợp tác xã, quy trình canh tác, ngày thu hoạch) được hiển thị công khai cho người tiêu dùng. Dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm như mã PIN không bao giờ xuất hiện.
- Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền: Khi có yêu cầu chính thức theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
We DO NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information.
Data is shared only in the following restricted scenarios:
- Within the Cooperative: Shared between farming members and assigned agricultural engineers / cooperative managers for inspection.
- Public Traceability Portal: Agricultural traceability details (crop variety, harvest dates, VietGAP processes) are displayed publicly for end-consumers. Sensitive credentials like PINs are never revealed.
- Regulatory Authorities: When strictly required by Vietnamese competent state agencies in compliance with the law.
7 Quyền của người dùng & Quy trình Xóa tài khoản User Rights & Account Deletion
Người dùng có toàn quyền kiểm tra, yêu cầu chỉnh sửa thông tin cá nhân và yêu cầu xóa tài khoản:
Cách thức gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản:
- Cách 1: Gửi trực tiếp qua ứng dụng OriginVN trong mục Cài đặt tài khoản.
- Cách 2: Gửi qua trang web chính thức tại: https://origintrace.vn/delete-account
Sau khi xác minh danh tính chủ tài khoản, các dữ liệu định danh (số điện thoại, họ tên, mã PIN) sẽ được xóa sạch trong vòng tối đa 30 ngày. Các bản ghi canh tác phục vụ hồ sơ truy xuất nông sản và kiểm toán an toàn thực phẩm đã phê duyệt sẽ được giữ lại dưới dạng ẩn danh (Anonymized) để bảo toàn tính toàn vẹn của chuỗi cung ứng.
Users have the right to access, rectify, or request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data:

- Method 1: Directly inside the OriginVN mobile app under Account Settings.
- Method 2: Via our official web portal at: https://origintrace.vn/delete-account
Upon account verification, personal credentials (phone, name, PIN) are permanently deleted within up to 30 days. Approved agricultural logs required for supply chain integrity and food safety audits are retained in an anonymized format.
8 Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em Children's Privacy
Ứng dụng di động OriginVN được thiết kế cho người lao động, nông dân và cán bộ chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp (từ đủ 16 tuổi trở lên). Chúng tôi không chủ ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu phát hiện trường hợp trẻ em đăng ký, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu ngay lập tức.
The OriginVN application is intended for agricultural workers, farmers, and industry professionals (aged 16 and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
9 Thay đổi Chính sách Quyền riêng tư Changes to This Policy
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách này để phản ánh sự thay đổi của pháp luật hoặc tính năng sản phẩm. Phiên bản cập nhật sẽ được công bố công khai trên trang web và ghi rõ ngày có hiệu lực.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal changes or product enhancements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
